Popham Beach in Maine

August 12, 2012November 21, 2020Posted in Native MainersLeave a comment

A great beach in Southern Maine, Phippsburg, hosts one of the best most spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean in our state.

Fishing is legal. And there is a smaller beach where the water is extremely shallow like a wade pool where the oceans current sucks in the water into a cove.

Very easy to moderate trail that is kids accessible. A few spots to swim, awesome scenery, and great for pictures.
